Editing a user

After you create a new user, you can grant them additional rights.
For an already existing user, you can then change, add or remove rights.

Besides the rights, you can also change a user's general data here, such as an e-mail address, for example.

Editing a user

Go to the user you want to change click on the 3 dots next to the activation status.

Then select Edit user.

You can now edit:

User

Here you can change both general data (first name, last name, e-mail address, language) of the user and assign the user another role (QHSE manager or user).
If you indicate that this user may assess Modifications at company level, you give this user permission to assess modifications for all registers within your organisation.

Click Save.

Register permissions
Determine for each register which rights the user has.

Compliance permissions
Determine whether the user can set compliance for one, several or all registers.
