Different user roles and rights

Depending on the role a person fulfils in your organisation, it will be necessary to assign different rights in Pharius.
Currently we have the following roles in Pharius.

Organization Manager
The organization manager can create users and grant/change/delete rights.
Changes for (new) users are immediately active.

QHSE-Manager
The organization manager can appoint one or more QHSE managers.
This role allows the manager to review and process changes for all registers.
A change that has an impact on several registers can thus be processed in one go.

User
The user is involved in the process in order to demonstrably meet the (legal) obligations set. User rights can be configured separately for each user.
For example, if a user has been added to a register but has not been given the right to evaluate a change. He will then see the change in the reading.

Attention

Currently, permissions in Pharius are mainly focused on the Register and Compliance modules.

Due to future releases, additional modules and features that we will provide further, we will deepen user rights over time.
